Homer Bonner Jacobs Ortiz & Dimond secured the complete dismissal, with prejudice, of all claims against international soccer icon Lionel Messi in VID Music Group LLC v. Asociación del Fútbol Argentino, et al., a multimillion-dollar suit filed in Miami-Dade Circuit Court arising out of the Argentine national team’s October 2025 exhibition matches.

The court agreed, dismissing the only count against Mr. Messi with prejudice and without leave to amend, and denying the plaintiff’s motion for rehearing.
