Paul’s exceptional career includes over 25 years of experience in private practice, government investigations and representation of public and private companies and individuals in a wide assortment of transactional matters and commercial disputes. Paul has been Chief Legal Officer for several NYSE and NASDAQ listed companies, counsel to the majority for the Senate Committee on Governmental Affairs, and an independent consultant to a variety of private equity and hedge funds.
As a Chief Operating Officer and Chief Legal Officer to publicly traded companies, Paul directed mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, SEC compliance, complex corporate governance issues and employment matters. Paul’s litigation experience includes private practice, government and public company handling of internal investigations, securities litigation, class actions, white collar matters, employment disputes, and intellectual property and banking cases.
