Adam=Stolz


Adam Stolz is a senior associate at Homer Bonner Jacobs Ortiz & Dimond, P.A. His practice focuses on complex business litigation for both plaintiffs and defendants, including high-stakes contractual disputes, fraud and misrepresentation claims, banking/securities litigation, healthcare litigation, employment disputes, and class actions. A former stand-up comedian, Adam is uniquely comfortable on his feet and has delivered significant victories for clients in jury trials, bench trials, and arbitrations.

Prior to joining Homer Bonner, Adam worked at a boutique litigation firm on complex litigation matters for reputable clients spanning from small businesses to nationally renowned corporations and everyday people to high-net-worth individuals. Previously, Adam represented Fortune 100-500 companies at another boutique litigation firm and formerly served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Paul C. Huck in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. During his clerkship, Adam addressed topical issues in civil and criminal matters from inception through trial and worked on appeals before the Ninth and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeals. Prior to his clerkship, Adam worked on high-stakes class action, aviation, and catastrophic injury cases at a boutique trial firm.

Adam is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, magna cum laude, where he served on the Executive Board of the University of Miami Law Review and as a member of the Moot Court Board. While in law school, Adam served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Jose Martinez in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and as a summer law clerk for the Honorable Roy K. Altman while Judge Altman was in private practice. Adam received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Union College.

In his personal time, Adam enjoys volunteering and giving back to the community. Adam is a coach for the University of Miami School of Law’s Charles C. Papy, Jr. Moot Court Board and serves on the Moot Court Alumni Advisory Board. He also serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI): Miami-Dade Chapter.
