Practice Experience
  • Howard Goldfarb represents a diverse clientele in business and commercial litigation, shareholder and partner disputes, securities and commodities arbitrations, and regulatory enforcement proceedings. He has represented defendants in federal court enforcement actions brought by the Federal Trade Commission and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. He has also represented futures commission merchants, brokerage firms, and their principals and brokers in reparations proceedings before the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and arbitrations before the National Futures Association.
